Kiki

David y cia.

Photography Book Recomendation

The book was created by my friend and colleague Leah Do; in this series of photographies she explores the relationship between two worlds, the industrialized world of humans that were felt behind and the world of nature that takes back what its her. Buy her book here!!! Here is a synopsis written by the author: It would appear, when considering man’s relationship with the world, that we have created a rather intense conflict between technology and nature. Factories, smokestacks, chimneys and machinery. Broken-down industrial buildings, decaying walls, industrial waste and detritus... These are remnants of a lost world, when factories were proud milestones of progress, today deserted wastelands, scenarios for stories loaded with bitter emotions. These desolate industrial landscapes without a human soul in sight have depicted our society today, a society of both young and old people who take Nature’s existence for granted, turn their backs and welcome destruction rather than gra...
