Leonora Carrington

These photos were taken in Museo de Arte Moderno in Mexico City. The exposition at the time was Cuentos Magicos (Magic Tales), a chronological presentation of the work from Leonora Carrington.










She was born in an upper-class family in northern England, live in France where she joined the surreal movement, but it was later in her life until Carrington moved to Mexico where her art thrived. She struggled to fit in her home country as well in France and Spain. However, she found in Mexico a place to call home.

My Logo-Case Study

Overview  After identifying my branding, I decided to create my logo. I wanted to create a symbol based on my name David. I wanted to have more than a simple logo, a symbol that represents me and my design. The reason for this choice is to have a logo that can be used in different creative projects; for example, the logo can be used on both my fine art and my Digital Design.     The process I began by identified common shapes, lanes, and patterns on my name. A critical letter on my name is the letter “D”; this letter is a half-circle, and having two, I could complete the full circle.
